Very poor. Bought kettle 4 weeks ago, had it 24 hours and standby and boil illumination stopped, although could still boil water. Returned it and got a replacement, had that one for 2 weeks, and the illuminations have broken again, although still able to boil water. Design Flaw.

The lid is really badly designed and eventually breaks making it dangerous

I used to own another brita kettle which was great until it spung a leak so I bought this one. Big mistake. The lid is very flimsy and quite often pops open when boiling, and sometimes when pouring. DANGEROUS DON'T BUY IT!!!!!
