Reviewed by stitchylinda on 23/04/2008 I bought this to replace my well-loved Breville HG20 Chef's Commercial grill. The Commercial grill was brilliant at cooking but cleaning the sticky residue off the plates afterwards was a nightmare! The HG25 has all the advantages of the Commercial grill but with the added advantage of having removable plates which are SOOO easy to clean. It is a beautiful stainless steel model (unlike some of the silver-coloured plastic models which are around and cost just as much - go figure!) and can be stored flat or upright. Both the HG20 and the HG25 were recommended by Which Magazine as "Best Buys" and they were not wrong! I would recommend this grill wholeheartedly! Rating:
