only giving it one star as there is no zero stars option. Broke down after 15 months and is now going to the tip as I'm sick of fighting with the appalling customer service people at Smeg and have given up on it after reading similar stories on other review sites. A true example of style over substance. DONT BE FOOLED BY THE GLOSSY MAGAZINE ADS>

Absolute rubbish - don't buy one. It is a cheap fridge wrapped in tin foil. I'm on my second (after two break downs) with SMEG refusing to give me a refund. My old Beko Fridge Freezer lasted for years and didn't cost £700.
