Reviewed by Roger Fox on 12/06/2009 We recently purchased this tall fridge for its storage capacity. We find however that the door is somewhat difficult to open. A lever-type handle would have made the huge door open with ease. Also despite levelling the fridge feet, when the door opens it has no retainer to stop it swinging right back and hitting what's behind. The difficulty in opening the door tends to undo efforts to keep the fridge in the same place and keep the fridge level. This may be because the feet are not grippy at all. The annoyance is such they we are considering selling and replacing it. After contacting AEG customer support and being told it's all down to the fridge design and I should go back to the retailer because they have my money, I'm inclined to feel that the Luton UK support is weak. The fridge looks good and the storage within is at the top end of what can be found. Rating:
