DO NOT BUY THIS FRIDGE!After 15 months the fridge broke down. All the food in the fridge and the icebox was thrown away. I had it repaired but the problem kept recurring. Smeg guarantee is only 12 months in this country but 2 years in rest of Europe and all I have received from them are curt emails passing the buck to the retailer! Callout charge for a certified Smeg repairman was £150, which Iwas expected to pay, but as a gesture of goodwill Smeg would pay for the parts. Big deal! Appalling customer service and a product that looks good but doesn't last(I've been told this by refrigeration engineer and the retailer that sold me the fridge).Wish i'd known it before!
