In terms of reliability and build I probably think you can not fault one of these fridge's. However, dealing with Siemens has left a bitter taste after having 5 of these large fridge's carted in and out of my home. Everyone turned up with dents in the side panels. After I complained about the last, Vicky Norton of Siemens was very rude and implied that it my fault that I was getting damaged goods.? She told me that she had personally checked the appliance before it left and it was perfect. When the fifth arrived, it worse than the previous four with many dents in the side. Not only was she rude, she had started lying to me. They were not prepared to send a sixth and I was told to like it or lump it. My wife was so fed up with all the delivery men and not having a fridge she just wanted a quiet life and wanted to keep it. So now I'm stuck with a nasty dented free standing stainless steel fridge. If you don't mind dents go ahead a buy one. They can't make perfect ones.
