I'm having the same problem and also the doors don't always close properly unless you push them hard and often seem to 'catch' the bottom of the frame when opening. I wouldn't recommend this product. I'm currently on hold to servis (about ten minutes so far) to get someone to come and look at it!

Do not buy this product, it will keep you awake at night with its constant creaking and cracking. I have got the servis man coming to look at it, But I have searched the net and it seems to be a common fault with this product,DO NOT BUY
