Poor item freezes completly at back although supposedly frost-free company do not to help but I am going to talk to trading standards, to stop people buying this product.

First one lasted about 6 months and the second one about 3 and half years. I would definitely avoid this brand and especially this model.

I have nothing but a bad experience with Servis and there products as the M0330 suffers with bad doors as water leaks past the door seals. After an 8 month period my first M0330 started to leak all over my kitchen floor, which Servis replaced the fridge freezer but didn't give a new warranty and approximately after a further 6 months the second fridge freezer was leaking water all over my kitchen floor again. After speaking with Servis they were not prepared to help only charge me for an engineer. Now the product freezer keeps defrosting and the temperature light keeps flashing and defrosting all food. If you are considering buying this product then DONT! If you don’t want to take my word for it then just checkout other reviews first. BEWARE OF SERVIS AND THERE PRODUCTS!!!!

Our second one has just broken down after about 1year. (Last one lasted the same time also) - Warranty repair men unwilling to replace. Avoid!
