We've had ours for 5+ years and never had a problem. We really like this fridge/freezer.

I endorse Jon's experience. Same problem (recurring), same response. I thought I was buying a premium reliable fridge/freezer. Might as well have bought a cheap one. Avoid.

This is a relatively expensive fridge/freezer that looks good on paper but does not deliver the reliability we bought it for. It failed for no apparent reason on day one only to restart and fail again in the same way 8 months later. The service numbers didn't operate any more and there was no website that we could find. Finally we found a premium number number (should we pay extra for an appliance that hadn't even got half way
through its guarantee?) and an engineer came. Two weeks later we are
waiting for the part with no hint of delivery date.
Needless to say all the food was ruined.
If you want reliability, you may wish to look elsewhere.
