I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM NOW MINE IS 2 YEARS OLD- DID CASSIE GET HER MONEY BACK.

this fridge freezer is a load of rubbish,ours broke down after 13 months with the freezer icing up and the fridge temperture rising to high,After 3 engineer visits all they could do was to use my hair dryer to remove ice from the backboard of the freezer,not a job to do yourself as you have to take panels off.We now have this problem every two weeks and have found out that this is a common problem with this type of american style frostfree fridge freezers.We are now going to the small claims court to get our money back.
