i bought mine from duel domestics.it has been faulty from day 1 as the ice dispenser only dispenses ice now an again. I have had 2 visit from the same engineer who on both occasions told me tha this is quite normal because the ice melts in the ice box therefore it clogs up the ice machines machanics......his advice was to keep the freezer door open to a minum...how rediculous! My freezer is only ever open to a minum. Would not recommend this frige freezer.

I bought mine direct from hotpoint/indesit. It has developed a fault whereby the ice/drinks lamp flickers constantly on its own when the freezer motor is running. After two visits from an engineer direct from hotpoint themselves it has still not been resolved. I have since had two further visits incorrectly arranged/cancelled by the hotpoint service department and so am not impressed at all with their after sales support.
