Hello we have had this item for some years now. unfortunatley the plastic at the top and bottom of the handles is susseptable to cracking and is now beyond repair. To my disgust they want in the regeion of two hundred pounds as the plastic can not be bought sepperatly and it is required that we buy the whole handles. for this reson only I rate the item poorly
