its broken after 5 months.... completely dead, i've been without it for 2 weeks and counting i wander why i bothered because hotpoint after sales are little better than useless....... when it did work the most annoying thing was the door alarm which you can't turn off,this means that when you stock your fridge with shopping you either do with a flashing light & an annoying beeping or you have to keep closing the door........... I'd NEVER buy a hotpoint or indesit product again.............VERY DISAPPOINTED

Lasted just two years. Without a fridge for four weeks while three engineers visited and finally decided irreparable. Would not buy Hotpoint fridge freezer again.
