Have had two of these in the past 2 years - both failed for exactly the same reason. Door designs mean it is difficult to load freezer drawers - have to have fridge door open to get anything out of top drawer! We like to remove the drawers and take them to the side when deciding what to have for dinner - however the sides of the freezer especially around the drawer runners are poorly filled as confirmed by an engineer. Hence lining cracks and foam is exposed. Shame really - if it was better made, it would be a cracking unit. Being replaced under warrenty - but not for one of these!
