Don't buy this fridge freezer. It broke down once in the guarantee period and has now broken down again and will cost £85 + parts to fix with the same problem (fridge not working, freezer ok). We were told it was a design fault. We bought Bosch because we thought they were a quality brand. Obviously we were wrong.

My fridge stopped working the day after we did our x-mas shop. All the food was ruined. The problem appears to be ice forming behind a panel in the freezer section which blocks the air flow through a flat pipe to the fridge section (this is how the fridge is cooled). Lots of people seem to have this issue if you google it. I am not happy with Bosch!

had this fridge freezer for 3 months when it went wrong told it was a design fault. The engineer fitted an up grade this lasted another month finaly after 4 callout bosch supplied a new one. This lasted 8 weeks now in disput with Bosch.

The customer service at Bosch is totally inadequate and unprofessional, total jobsworths. Mine too had a well known design fault so another was ordered but of course out of stock , got a phonecall a month later to say it was in stock and would get a phonecall from the delivery firm with a date and time.Another month later no phonecall and when I rang to enquire was told the fridge freezer did not actually arrive in stock and to go back to the people who sold it to me! Absolute waste of time, Im getting a refund from appliance-world who were fantastic and Im going for a zanussi instead, appliance world have had another 6 instances the same as my predicament and are as fed up with Bosch as I am.

Don't buy this product! I really rate Bosch and their appliances but this has a recurring fault. Mine has broken down twice within a year. The engineer first time round told me there was a design fault. He is right!
