Fridge bought Dec 2004. Called them just before xmas as not happy, fridge not getting cold. After two visits,three months later, problem was found - fridge had been wired to permanent defrost! Anyway, still didn't work properly. Food soggy and goes mould very quick. Phoned several times as a part (??) they were sending still hadn't arrived. It's now august 2007 and still stuck with same fridge and still waiting.................. glad I kept my old fridge/freezer.
