After 16 months the fridge temperature was not controlled but the freezer was still OK. I thought I'd traced the problem when I found that the main coil was solid with ice and therefore no airflow was passing through vents to cool the fridge(meant to be frost free!). Defrosted and still not operational. Checked that the upper flap was open but still no airflow. Suspect that fan is faulty. Very disappointed to find that this combined fridge freezer has a tendancy to ice up internally with no outward sign of a problem until your food goes off. The thermostat is mounted in the right hand lower vent that remains at +1, +2 degrees C. Move it out the vent aboput 100mm higher and it reads 10. Worst fridge freezer we have ever purchased.
