The first one failed and was attended by an engineer "EVENTUALLY" from Neff, who gassed it up and left saying that it should now be OK. Three months later when "EVENTUALLY", again, the engineer from Bosch came - and said we will replace it. Two weeks later a new one arrived and was fitted last night - the new one failed this morning having been working when we went to bed!!! DON'T BUY THESE PRODUCTS their customer service stinks as well!!!!!
