I bought this product from 24-7 electrical online shop 2 weeks ago. I am
still waiting for it to arrive when 48 delivery was promised!! I have
chased it up with 4 complaint emails and had no response. My telephone call
to the sales line was hopeless as they just fobbed me off for another few
days and said they would 'let me know'.
Customer service is AWFUL! However, they are on the ball with one
thing.....taking the payment from your bank account STRAIGHT AWAY!
Good price and probably a great freezer - just DON'T BUY FROM 24-7
ELECTRICAL !!! Unless you have a few spare weeks to stay in the house
waiting for delivery....
