Having spent an above average amount for a product from a company whom I regard highly. I was disappointed to fing that the plastic lug which operates the motor safety device has broken off through normal wear and tear. Unfortunately this occurred aroung 15 months following purchase so I am now trying to locate a replacement.

Its had a hard life, but the grade of plastic they used is not as robust as it could be. We need to buy both of the plastic containers now as small parts of plastic have snapped off, making it inoperatable. May not be a
viable thing to do.
