We were given this one FREE by Zanussi as compensation for appalling service--after the main switch on the previous one caught FIRE, and they failed to respond for months to complaints about the problem. Well this one was JUST AS BAD--and it was much more difficult to load--the bottom tray racks fall over and dishes crash together, the top tray racks only hold small mugs, or take up 2 spaces, and now the heater element has failed. I bought the Zanussi dishwasher after my Hoover washer and dryer both needed many major parts--less than 2 years from new- costing over 70% of the original price---so I will not buy Zanussi or Hoover again

This is the worst dishwasher we have ever had. first thing to go wrong was the wiring to the light went on fire. second thing was the motherboard gave up cost £140. it is now showing an '50 code and smells like it is burning plastic. DO NOT BUY ZANUSSI DISHWASHER THIS ONE IS LESS THAN 3 YEAR OLD AND IT HAS COST A FORTUNE TO KEEP RIGHT
