Reviewed by Kate on 18/06/2009 Bought this dishwasher a few days ago. The instructions are extremely difficult to follow and I still can't figure out how to use some of the additional programmes such as the extra steam. Also, unless your dinner plates are 24" diameter or less, you will not be able to fit them into the machine. I wish we had not purchased this machine. Rating:
Reviewed by Jean on 22/11/2008 The worst dishwasher i have ever owned! We bought this on the 5th August, it went wrong on the 6th Sept fault code F3 which is the heater, this was changed, on the 20th October the same fault occurred, apparently the engineer had been on a course and knew about the problem which is caused by using top of the range dishwasher powders and suggested we use value range? So we did this. On the 13th November we had a different fault, this time the machine which had actually only had 2 weeks use due to waiting for parts to arrive from Italy had scaled up - the engineer said this was a faulty motherboard not telling the machine to release salt. So today [22/11/08], we now have another fault - back to F3 showing in the window which well know by now as the heater has again packed in. So what help have Whirlpool been you might ask yourself? Not a lot, they refuse to change the machine or acknowledge there is something truly wrong with it. Disgusted! Rating:
Reviewed by Simon on 22/10/2008 This is our first dishwahser, and so far we're very pleased with the results. We've only had it two days, but it cleans the dishes well, even if there is burnt on food. The machine is also very quite - although we have nothing to compare it with. [Editor's comment: Trust me, Simon, you will know a noisy dishwasher if you hear one ...] Rating:
