After 1 year I had to have the fascia board replaced 7 times because it kept cracking - 14 engineer visits, Siemens then finally agreed to replace the machine with a new one. Now the new one is two months old and the fascia board has started to crack. The machines leaves cups and plates dirty with a lot of bits dried all over. Nightmare buy. Never again will I buy Siemens - the American fridge is also awful - hate my new kitchen as after such an expense I am stuck with these terrible appliances.

Awful. Perhaps I got a faulty one from the start, but it leaves cups and plates dirty with little bits dried onto them.
