This dishwasher looks fab and its really handy to know when its due to finish, but there it stops. Top basket runner jams constantly despite having been replaced, to extent that basket has stuck in completely twice and hard to slide in and out: tablet dispenser is too small to fit most tablets so you have to wedge them in to get the compartment door to shut; once the load had finished it flashed constantly END , we know! it dosnt stop til its turnd off or new programme selected; and then there is a smell. Its a horrible smell that smell like burning plastic or something and when you walk in to your house you know if the dishwasher is on or has been. The engineer told me its just the smell of hot water--interesting as i didnt know hot water smelt and i have never known anyone else who does - but who am i to argue. As soon as i can afford to replace this monster i will be and meanwhile i tend to hand wash if there isnt much so not what i had in mind from my new applia nce. I have a hotpoint cooker and washing machine so this is major let down and if i had bouht it first wouldnt ever have bought hotpoint again.
