had one of these fitted in my new bovis home. i have been in the house now 4 years and the waste pump has just packed up hotpoint charge £100 call out out + parts or i can take out a maintenance policy with them for £13.00 per month which includes free replacement if unrepairable. new unit is £350 to £ 400

Got this unit with our fitted kitchen less than 18 months ago. One heater element was replaced under warranty and now its bust again (same fault I think). Avoid this or buy an extended warranty.

DO NOT BUY AT ANY COST!!!!!!!!! The door seals have perished within 14 months and all the reviews on the Internet state that the dishwasher will only last 2 years.
