I have recently just purchased this machine, and i really dont know waht to say apart from that its useless. I now have to wash my dinner plates by hand because they dont fit in the machine (my paltes are a standard 10inch size). Please do not buy one of these, its a complete waste of money.

I replaced a 20 year old Hoover Crystaljet (it was fantastic) with the HDS555M... I should have bought a dish brush and pair of rubber gloves instead. Glasses from old to two weeks old have been ruined.. modern dinner plates won't fit in it... it's difficult to load, and 7 out of 10 times the dishwasher tablet is left in the bottom of the machine - Would not recommend buying.
