This machine uses less energy, and less water too, which means it just doesn't clean! It does not dissolve the tablets on lower temperatures, and the 'eco' wash is just a waste of time, as you have to rewash (usually by hand!!)Don't bother using the 'half load' facility, it won't clean either. Oh, and plastic containers? No chance of them drying, even if you use 'intensive zone' and activiate 'extra drying'! (Well, unless you leave them in there for about 8 hours before opening machine...) Have spoken to Bosch many times, who insist that it is 'working to specification' and that when I dared to say I would have expected better performance from a new machine, I was told I 'should not compare it to my old machine' !!!' . I am fortunate that the shop we purchased it from have kindly agreed to exchange it. I will not be buying Bosch again. Have been a loyal customer for over 20 years, but, poor performance by an expensive machine, coupled with the patronising arrogance that I experienced when speaking to their 'Customer Care centre' has put me off completely.
