Bought a dual package of dishwasher and washing machine in June 2004. Apart from having 2 washing machines replaced since then the dishwasher has been a nightmare. This is the third replacement machine we have had in that time, and this breakdown has occured after only one month of infrequent use. After sales service extremely poor, the last breakdown left us without a machine for ten weeks, due to waiting for parts (according to customer service), I could have bought a new machine from Japan with greater ease!! Each time a machine broke down involved lengthy negotiations and long waits - in total more than 6 months without either a dishwasher or a washing machine. Absolutely do not recommed.
