Avoid this dishwasher at all cost! Got this one free when bought new house. Would not have chosen this make anyway! The constant display of Error messages are so annoying - there never seems to be a reason for it! The interior is very poor quality, after only 3 years top drawer does not slide anymore, quite annoying when you need two hands to fiddle it back in every time you load something and the glasses fall over! I have always had top of the range Bosch appliances (Bosch Logixx), you can't go wrong, they are a pleasure to operate. No problems whatsoever for 10 years plus! My new Bosch Loggixx arrives tomorrow, off to the recycling centre now, bye-bye BAUMATIC! Any questions email me, happy to reply? Rainer27@talktalk.net

this machine lasted just 2 years before going faulty ( pcb control board burnt out) attending engineer recomended it be replaced as he considered the machine a fire risk due to the damage to connectind components.His manager disagreed and instructed him to repair it!!!they ordered a new board some 3 weeks ago and still not arrived.Appalling service from Baumatic as i took and paid for a years parts and labour insurance with them, this machine is going on the tip and i will buy a decent machine bosch,miele etc.supposed to have a 5 year parts warranty which is ok until they tell you they have to be fitted by their engineers and charge 80-90 pounds for the call out!!!
