Again we were recommended Baumatic as part of a kitchen package (advertises as 5 yr guarantee). this dishwasher worked properly for about a month... ! then we started losing the rollers, they were falling off and in turn having them partly destroyed/melted as they were landing on the elements..! (of course these werent covered by the gurantee as they arent an attached part?!?!) They are now half rollers. we cannot use the top drawer without it falling off... the tablets dont melt and that is if the dispenser flap opens which 90% of the time it doesnt.! abs the worst thing ever..... best of it is we also have the washer which is worse!

Absolutely pathetic. Came as part of a deal with our new kitchen. Doesn't wash or dry properly and leaves a scum on all crockery and glasses. Top drawer keeps coming off the runners and rollers fall off. Can't wait to renew it this month. Avoid this dishwasher !!

Absolute rubbish. Has never washed properly, always have to do it by hand afterwards. Doesn't appear to get up to temperature - the little wax plug in certain branded dishwasher cleaners doesn't even melt even if I put it on the programme for heavily soiled pots so I have to clean it manually all the time. The dispenser doesn't work (if we close it the tabe doesn't fall out) so have to put washing tab on the cutlery basket. Have used 3 Baumatic cutlery baskets in 5 years! Service is terrible - it stopped automatically because it threatened to flood - called out engineer who pressed the power button on to clear the water and then charged us £80 for the priviledge. Never going to buy a Baumatic dishwasher again even if it comes with the kitchen.

Our dishwasher also came as a package. We have been really disappointed with it , it doesnt clean properly especially the top rack regardless how it is stacked or what detergent is used.

First time I have felt compelled to leave a review, either good or bad! This dishwasher has gone wrong twice in less than 3 years, firstly the on/off switch failed, then the motor failed. When the engineer changed the motor he damaged one of the adjacent doors, Baumatic are refusing to pay for the damage so I will claim throught the small claims court. Poor product and even worse customer service, don't waste your money. Read other Baumatic reviews and you will see what rubbish they are selling.

Came as part of a package deal with me too. Seems to be how they get rid of their rubbish. Never cleaned or dried properly right from the beginning. Rollers fell off mine too. Worst ever buy. I'm cutting my losses and scrapping it. DON'T BUY !!

Rubbish, came as part of a full kitchen package deal. Virtualy everything had to be rewashed by hand. Eventually broke.

Rubbish; came as part of a package deal with new kitchen that included Baumatic electrical components all-round. Ineffective cleaning during most washing cycles, particularly on glasses and tea mugs. Poor design means that internal tray rollers continually fall off and have to be retrieved from the filter drain before re-fitting. We're swapping for something hopefully better as soon as we can afford it.

never cleaned properly from day 1 we tried everything and the door seals leaked and the hindges packed up .
