Reviewed by Simon on 24/08/2010 Very dissapointed. Didn't seem to reach temperature at all. There was about a half inch gap between the fryer and the lid. The handle then came loose and the pan of chips fell back into the hot oil, splashing up. I returned the Fryer today as I was not happy. It looks cheaply made, and yes, i know they are cheap to buy anyway. You get what you for I suppose! Onto a better model I think! Rating:
Reviewed by h.venton. on 23/03/2008 I was pleased with my Breville deep fat fryer for the seven times I used it but on the eight time I used it the oil started to smoke .I opened the lid to see why the oil was smoking and the oil started to flame I quickly closed the lid and un-plugged it by then the lid had started to melt . It was model DF6. Has anybody had a similar experiance Rating:
