I designed a kitchen from B&Q around the Stoves Richmond 1100dft in Sushi. After it was delivered (and placed in my garage until the rest of the kitchen was delivered) I noticed that one of the pins was faulty and permanently set at 60 degrees. I immediately contacted B&Q who passed me onto Stoves/Glen Dimplex. The Customer service centre were only prepared to offer an engineer's visit and not a replacement product. When paying this much for a rangecooker, I expect perfection and not to have an engineer to visit before it is even installed. After 11 days of wrangling and frustration I have finally managed to return the product, although still waiting for the refund to hit my bank account. I will never buy anything from Stoves again and don't recommend the company, its products or its customer service to anyone. Be warned.
