WE have had this cooker for 18 months & this week was the 3rd time the doors have shattered for no reason. 1st time the fan oven was turned on the interior of door shattered. This was fixed. 2 months later the lower oven door shattered overnight so got up to glass over kitchen floor. Another 14 months on the lower door has shattered again in the night! Rangemaster had no record of this fault being fixed for us before (maybe because British Gas used to make repairs but now Homeserve). The advised me this morning there has been a fault on these doors which was rectified in November. They advised it must happen 3 times before replacement (but that has to be 3 times to each door!) I find this disgusting after the amount of money we paid for this cooker & am still awaiting a call back from the supervisor. Apauling service from a 'reputable'(!) company.

Found the cooker to be of poor quality the ceramic burners mark easily and the pan supports are hard to clean. Also having problems with the oven door glass the double glazed section in the middle keep frosting over have had one new door already and its happened again cooker only 3 months old. Have found rangemaster to be unhelpful, rude and miserable.
