We purchased this oven in 2007 and we've had nothing but problems with the temperature when using the oven. Cakes burn at the edge nearest the back of the oven where the flame is, yet are hardly cooked at the front edge. Unless you constantly turn the food round (which you can't do when cooking cakes) it cooks unevenly from the back to the front. Also, when turning on the oven, the ignition continues to click constantly for about 30 seconds after the oven has lit. The oven dials are very difficult to line up. The top oven temperature is mich higher than the dial setting when you have the bottom oven on too. All in all a poor purchase that we regret making. Are now looking for replacement oven. The only plus side is that it looks reasonably good!
