I am very disappointed with this cooker, the worst I have ever used. The cooker is completely unfit for purpose. The oven burns the bottom of pastry, cakes, bread etc., while leaving the top undercooked, regardless of the position in the oven, temp, etc. If you open the door for a few seconds to put something else in, the temperature drops right down and takes several minutes to get back up. The grill only toasts the middle section, and takes a long time. The hob burners take ages to bring anything to the boil or back to the boil. The engineer has been twice but says there is no manufacturing fault, though he admitted the design is poor. He also found that the oven temperatures given in the manual were wrong. It's so poor that we are having to change it after only 3 months.
