I bought a Baumatic oven in July 2011. The interior glass in the door exploded when I was cooking at 180 degrees in February 2012. I reported this to Baumatic who then took 5 days to send me a new door and then a further 5 days to dispatch an engineer. The new door which they sent had a dent in it so couldn’t be installed. I called up Baumatic again who have told me that they don’t have any more doors in stock and are uncertain of when they will be arriving. They have not offered an alternative solution so I’m still without a working cooker almost a month later. What is the point in having 2 years warranty on parts and labour when they don’t have the parts in stock to replace the broken item? I certainly will not be purchasing a Baumatic again!
