Reviewed by JOhn on 20/01/2008 This machine was designed by a stylist and not a coffee drinker. It,s plain hard work to get a decent cup of coffee out of it. I would like my money back alltough I suspect they would say it works? Shame, I wish I had a faulty one. If you can,t get enough steam prod a long needle down the hole in the steam tool and it opens it up. Apart from that it looks good and that is it,s only saving grace. Such a shame! Rating:
