After two very disappointing purchases of the top rated machine by 'Which', I gave up on their leaking recommendation, and spent a bit more on this robust machine. Works flawlessly, with the reassurance that every time you use it, it doesn't flexm creak or threaten to crack. The one problem is the length and range of the frothing arm - needs to be longer, both in length and in its reach from the machine, to accommodate more than a very small frothing jug. Aside from this one point it comes highly recommended and is definitely worth the investment.
