Reliable.........Work from home and needless to say drink a lot of coffee. This machine produces instant steam and near instant hot water for all your coffee favourites this will not let you down. I have had this coffee maker 5 months. Previous reviewer must of had a faulty machine

Made 3 or 4 really good cups then performance went down hill fast. We have only had this a week and steam system deteriorated in output then stopped working by the end of the week and it wasn't even used every day!
