The main advantages in this machine over normal filter makers is convenience - there is almost no mess from the coffee and it is very quick to warm up. However, it is not all good news. The quality of the drinks is variable - we liked the capuccino, but the espresso is average. We didn't like the chocolate at all - far too thin tasting. On the whole, the actual quality of the drinks made does lag behind the convenience factor, a situation we hope will be remedied with better blends of drink in the near
future. Consumers must also bear in mid the cost of each drink - far more than conventional filter coffee, and the fact that using a new plastic pod for each drink is somewhat ecologically wasteful.
