Reviewed by Ron on 19/12/2006 I also am searching the internet on findind a way to shut off the intolerable beeping from this coffee pot. It like an alarm clock that wakes up everyone in the house. Theres nothing in the directions to shut it off. I will cut the wire and if the pot stops working, I'll just throw it away !!! Rating:
Reviewed by marsha on 07/09/2005 We hate the beeping everytime the coffee is ready or it is turning off. we have small children who are light sleepers and this damn timing wakes them up. We can not find anything in the book or on the internet that allows us to turn this feaure off or even cut the wire that makes this future work. If the box had stated it was like this we would have never bought it. Just as soon as we can we intend to trash the dcm2700b pot in the pot and hope to never buy another B$D product even under a different name/maked by B&D. Rating:
