Reviewed by j.ellison on 01/11/2009 Very poor. Bread comes out more like crumpets. Crust hard. Paddle always remains in bread. Worst buy I have ever made. Rating:
Reviewed by jue on 27/09/2009 blade has never folded down and always gets stuck in the bread. now the pan has got totally stuck in the machine. Rating:
Reviewed by Nathan on 16/04/2009 Bread too crusty even on light setting. We only use it to make the dough and then oven bake loaves. First bread pan lasted 1.5 years. Leaking through spindle. Second pan obtained within 2 year guarantee but lasted only 9 months(replacement was free but only had a 6 month guarantee), this time not only leaking through spindle but also spindle falls out completely. Customer services couldn't help us. Suggested we buy a new pan at £8.20 with 6 month guarantee or a new machine! They didn't seem to understand the concept of brand confidence and they didn't allow me to speak to their supervisor! Rating:
Reviewed by Dino on 25/09/2008 Bought this beauty 1 month ago here in Portugal. I have no idea wht they talk about. Everything works, bread is excellent made and tasty. I think all depends the way and what you use with ingredients. Design could be improved... Rating:
Reviewed by amy on 02/09/2008 crust too dark on light setting, and no longer useable after 2 years use. Rating:
Reviewed by audrey john on 01/05/2008 Compact, pleasing casing. Even with three settings, and even when 'light crust' is selected, the small loaf has a solid, hard crust, which is very difficult to cut or chew! Would not recommend. Rating:
