Reviewed by dj on 29/07/2007On my 3rd machine now - and it's going back to john lewis. Supposed to be premium brand but had the following problems: 1. 1st machine - nic - bus sounded like a lawnmower - I base this on a great old machine im replacing - and the old one is much quieter! It would quieten down a lot if you put your finger on. 2. 2nd machine - arrived from john lewis with a great rip in the box - and the unit was badly scratched - not really john lewis's fault - courier / delonghi badly pack the unit with not enough protection in the box if you ask me. 3. 3rd machine - quieter - but cools and cools and cools without stopping - on 24 degrees it ends up getting our room to 16 degrees - and goes on and on - think the thermostat is not working¬! Very disapointed - trying another make now! Shame - nicely thought out unit and looks nice - but the package does not work im affraid. DJ Salop Rating:
