I bought a new 135 rider from Lowe's and just after 30 days the fuel tank split. Lowe's tells me to work it out with John Deere; John Deere tells me to haul it to a dealer and they'll see if it's covered. There was a recall in 2002 for the same problem. I feel that John Deere should come get the mower and fix it at their expense. Consider this lack of service before you buy a John Deere riding mower.
