This is a good value mower for someone with a larger lawn who is still able to be tethered by a power cable (I use an extension lead and a safety cutout switch to get enough length to cover the whole lawn. The mower is mostly plastic, but does what it says on the box. The inboard grassbox makes the machine easy to manoeuvre, but is relatively low capacity, so requires emptying more often than would some larger machines. One downside is that the instructions recommend an annual service (although it's not clear what you would be getting for this). Important for you to keep the air intakes clear of grass particles and dust. Robust use can mean that the plastic roller at the rear pops out from between the two metal spindles that hold it. It can easily be put back, as the spindles are mounted in plastic brackets. I replaced the two spindles with one threaded rod, 50p from Wicks, and had no more trouble.
