My room size is rather large 23ft X 18ft which the ysp 1100 can throw out the sound beams off the walls with ease,which did surprise me.The first month or so after looking at other reviews suggesting to add a sub made me think,shall I. Well i did (mordaunt short 309i)and another couple of levels was achieved.Again calibration set up was easy,just press add subwoofer ,set volume 2-3 o'clock and crossover maximum on the sub and wow.Done.Music levels on MTV dance incredible.Armegedon feels like your on the ship.Invest in good cables and you wont be dissapointed.
