The MS914s incorporate significantly larger, 16.5cm CPC mid / bass drivers than those found on the MS904s. This means more power at lower frequencies, thanks to a greater radiating area, and enhanced bass efficiency. Furthermore, a larger voice coil offers improved power handling.
