I bought one of these at Richer Sounds a few years ago and it's awesome! Good depth and throw make it blend in very well, even though I've since upgraded all my other speakers to something much more expensive it holds it's own really well. Buy one if you can find it!

I listened to this in a demo at richer sounds along side more expensive subwoofers. The Gale stood its ground. Slam and Depth were great which you would expect from something this size. The control surprised me,it was excellent. I would recommend this to anyone.

As I have read before this sub adds weight and authourity and so it does. I bought the last one from Richer Sounds in Guildford and never saw it advertised again. When placed right the sub gives a superb sound but seems to give more to the neighbours than me, hence the frequent complaints. It's rated 150W and it's there. The speaker is long throw and well constructed with a large foam rubber surround, a large sealed dust cover. It has both high and low inputs, auto on and off which means when it detects a certain level of input it turns on which is indicated with a dual colour LED, red is off and green is on. There is a phasing switch as well.It takes a figure eight power plug next to the on/off switch. The sub is rear ported and comes supplied with metal spikes to space it from the floor. Hey if you any questions email me on stefanjae@gmail.com. If you can pick one up for a good price buy it. Stef
