very pleased with the item but the cradle has broke , i have an insurance with comet but because i wont say i forced the lever there saying that my insurance isnt valid , i was told to go away and think of the time that i did force it ,or the other people in the house broke it as i live alone i wonder what people they mean ? if you could have heard the conversation god i thought i had heard it all but this is it this is the most ridiculas thing i have ever encounterd , so 8 out of ten for the sat nav but 0 out of ten for letting a tin pot company like comet sell there items ,its not really giving tom tom a good image !!!!!! [Editor's reply: Mark, I have changed your rating from 2 to 4 as you say in your review that the product itself deserves 8 out of 10. This is meant to be the rating for the product, not the shop where it was purchased!]

easy to use, with an lot of extra information on it, when I used it abroad I found most it helpful as the instuctions were clear and made in plenty of time.
