I have had the same problem - the USB functionality is not good. To fix this problem, press the OFF button and hold it for about 10 seconds (this will force the unit to turn off). Then remove it from the cradle, power the unit on and place it back in the cradle - this works for me...

i have problem with my sharphrgb201, my device is not working and displaying only the SHARP logo with the blue screen. it happened after i connected my device to the pc. i am residence of sweden,stockholm, if somebody can help me to overcome this problem, or anyone experiancing the same problem and solved so please provide me technical a suggested solution that will be helpful to remove this problem. regards, mansoor.
